Punjab neet MBBS registration started & i am from Haryana can i apply in Punjab

You can apply only for 15% seats of Government Medical Colleges of Punjab and for that you need to register for All India Counselling at mcc.nic.in. But you cannot apply for Punjab State counsellung if you do not belong to the State of Punjab. All State Counsellings are strictly for the Candidates who enjoy domicil of that State. If you are from Haryana, you cannot apply for Punjab State Counselling.
