r u sure that sail is not for final year students..? but i din't find same in their notice so what is ur resource for the same

Yes I am sure. You see many times they dont specify much. What they have said is degree in engineering. This means that you should have the degree while applying. If you are a final year student, then this wont apply because your degree comes after May I think. However, you can write to them and find out. If they allow, it will be a very good thing though I doubt it.
