rank for 35 marks in eamcest and 15.5 is my inter 25% marks from my total.so then what is my rank

You have not mentioned your category, if you belong to general category then you will not qualify with 35 marks. For candidates belonging to general category the qualifying mark in 40 so if you belong to general category then you will not qualify and your will not get any rank. But if you belong to SC/ST category then you may expect your rank to be around 1,10,000. This is an estimated rank it is difficult to predict the exact rank.
