Which reddy are you referring to because there are many categories under reddy like telugu reddy.. Reddy's from maharashtra, odissa, andhra, Tamil Nadu...
Only the Telugu Reddy-Reddy of Karnataka belong to OBC which is called 3A in Karnataka.

Hlo sir ,I belongs to Nam reddy which comes under obc category of Karnataka but in central list the cast name is not mentioned in the list of obc category in Karnataka,but I hve income less than 8lack to get OBC NCL .

State and centre list are separate
If you are applying for state of karnataka you are ELIGIBLE FOR OBC.
If you are applying for centre you will come under General.
If you are eligible for EWS apply for it.
