I feel sorry to inform you that MHRD has limited the number of attempts of JEE Advanced to 2 , and that too for two consecutive years which means if you appear for the first time in the exam in (say) 2016 then you will only have a last chance in 2017 to qualify the exam.

Hello Anupam,
To be eligible for JEE Advanced 2018, considering you are from 2015-16 batch, your results must have been declared after June 2016 to be eligible. So, you don't meet the eligibility criteria pertaining to year of passing the qualifying exam.
