I will suggest you for VIT vellore over sathyabhama university. VIT Vellore is well established. It has better NIRF ranking, better infrastructure, better placement opportunities and good faculty. It also has good alumi network and will help you in future.
So, I would suggest you for VIT vellore. But if possible NITs or other Government colleges than you should prefer them over VIT and sathyabhama.
