Is this for VELS Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies? This is for part time B.Sc course with VELS. One of the their eligibility criteria is that you should have been working after qualifying for Diploma or B.Sc. Which means if you have been selected for B.Sc at VELS for part time, to be eligbile for studying Undergraduate programme at VELS, you should be employed. This programme is for working professionals and so after taking admission, you should be working atleast from January 1st of the Academic year.
