IIIT Sri City cutoffs previous years :
CSE(General) - 22525
ECE(General) - 26764
CSE(OBC) - 9871
ECE(OBC) - 10693
As mentioned the rank, so in that of OBC category, you can't get it. The rank you mentioned, that rank should be your general rank. Then you can get it. Otherwise if you score lower than it, you have chances in lower IIIT'S also. The cutoffs go upto 50k even in general rank.
So, whatever your rank will be, just wait till to last of counseling.
