i would like to suggest you that YES apply for Private medical colleges as soon as the state ranks are published. The colleges have limited seats. So you should apply as soon as possible so as to get your counselling. Post that be aware of the dates of counselling.

You cannot apply before hand.Once your state rank are out then apply for it.
