Sorry to say but your chances are very less to get a seat in iiit banglore if you register there, as there is no reservation rule in iiit banglore ans last year the final cutoff for ece(mtech) was 176 which was near to 8000 general rank approx. So this year also the expected cutoff will be more or less the same.
