Hello aspirant !
As per 2018 in Odisha the MBBS cut off for Government college was 281 and for BDS it was 270.
This year the cut off has increased a lot as compared to the last year .
Therefore I don't think its possible for your friend to get into any of the above colleges.
Your friend may try for Private colleges .
