Is your question regarding obtaining the reservation certificate or is it regarding the last date of submitting the certificate to avail the reservation?
In case your question is about the last date for submitting the certificate to avail the reservation then
for Ex-Defence the date to submit the certificate is 04/05/2019 .
for
Defence
the date to submit the certificate are on
06/05/2019
and
08/05/2019.
