Dear Priyanshu, if you are talking about Karnataka KCET, the last date for filling in the application form was February 28th and the last date has not been extended. So unfortunately, you cannot fill in the application form now. There was a chance atleast if you filled the application before 28th because the last date to make payment is March 6th. But if you haven't filled the application form, you have no chance.
