If you have a domicile certificate of Chennai ,you can apply for the state quota counselling. In that case you have some chances of getting admission in low ranked government colleges for MBBS course. Or you definitely get a good private college with this marks. But if you are applying for all India quota, Chances are really low for getting admission in a govt College.
