Sir ,can a person from one state apply for an another state's mbbs counselling process.if so how?

Hi aspirant,
In order to apply for other state neet counselling a candidate must produce a resident certificate which says that the particular candidate is a resident of the state to apply for counselling in government medical colleges of the state.
However there is no restriction to apply for private medical colleges of the state through state ccounselling.
Therefore try applying for private medical colleges through neet state counselling
