Sir can we give higher option in vci counciling second round if we got college allotted in first round?

Yes you can go for a better college in the second round of counselling if you aren't interested in the college that you have been alloted .Just take part in the counseling and follow the necessary steps .

Dear candidate,
For the vci all India quota 15% seats counselling you can and should definately give higher colleges than the first round because if you are allowed a college the first round allotted college would be immediately cancelled.
As far as state quota counselling is concerned you cannot change your preferences.
