Sir i had forgotten to attempt first round counseling of vci , so can i attempt 2nd round counseling now??

Dear Deepesh, you havent mentioned whether you have registered or not for VCI. Because only those candidates who have registered for online counselling will bw eligible for All India Counselling. If you have registered even if you have not participated in Round 1 of Counselling, you can still participate in Round 2. But if you havent registered earlier, you cannot participate in Round 2.
