SIR, Can we write gate exam in 3rd year of engineering course

Dear Sreekanth, The rule book states that Candidates who have passed their Graduation in Engineering/Technology or have a Master's degree in relevant subject are qualified for GATE. If not completing their Graduation, Candidates who are in the final year are also allowed to appear for GATE. Candidates who have completed their Bachelor's degree are required to submit the passing certificate and candidates who are currently in their final year must submit a certificate from their institutes principal.But 3rd year Candidates cannot appear for GATE. You may have to wait until next year to appear for GATE.
