It's just that you need more focus and dedication if you are really serious about NDA. Balancing both 12th and NDA preparation is a matter of going that extra mile than others. While you should prioritize your 12th studies, NDA preparation can be secondary. Try that your concepts in 12th are perfectly clear, this will help you in NDA exam too, as rote learning will not help there.

Secondly, just go through NDA syllabus and exam pattern and pull out sample papers, previous years question papers and mock tests of NDA and start practising them.
