with 201 marks in neet ug 2019 i am sorry to inform you that you wont be able to get a mbbs seat in India under all india quota.

201 is a less score for getting into MBBS. Post result declaration check different college's websites in order to see if can get any private college which can give you admission. But for now I will suggest you to start studying again and try to get a score above 500 in order to get decent rank and then a decent college. Don't lose heart. Continue to work hard.

201 marks is too low to qualify NEET.You need more than that.
NEET qualifying cut off is 40th percentile.
With this score you can not get any college either government or private college.
Even if you will think to take admission abroad you won't be able to get it because for admission in abroad you must qualify NEET.
