see at this stage it is really hard to predict colleges and cutoff.

every year cutoff changes and it depends on number of candidates, seat matrix, questions level difficulty etc.

however the more number you get there will be more possibility. you have not mentioned your state, your caste anything in question. remember 855 seats of medical colleges reserve for domicile candidate.

The chances are less that you can make it to any government college. If you could, then you should try one more time and give NEET again next year. With 320 marks no good government college will give you a seat. However, if you are willing for a private medical college then surely you can get into one. The fee structure for any good private college in India will be around 25lacs to 50lacs or even more depending upon the college.
