Sir, I am in Kerala.can i apply Tnea .for the admission of MIT. I have Kerala State board plus two.is this entrance only for tamil natives

Students from other states cannot appear for TNEA and there are no special entrance exams for you .

Only chance that other state candidates can apply is you should be the Children of Central Government Employees irrespective of yourynative, provided your parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past FIVE YEARS at the time of submission of application. This should be supported by producing a certificate from the employer of the parent or guardian, to that effect at the time of original certificates verification at TFC. For TNEA counselling you should score at least 50% . Forms are issued during may and June, it can be filled through online also. Application process for 2019 will begin from may 2,2019 to may 31,2019.

If not you can apply through management quota and not through TNEA
