Sir i am sure about my seat in dnh state quota but is it compulsory for me to register in all india quota? Do i need to fill both of them?

Hello aspirant,
Well it isn't compulsory to apply for both state quota and all India quota counselling process. If you are so sure that you are going to get a seat under the state quota then you can just apply for the counseling process under the state quota.
It is usually advised to apply for both counsellings as you may get better options sometimes. But now that you are so sure no need to fill for the all India quota counselling.
