Sir, I belong to OBC category, and my OBC certificate is just 4 months old. Do I have to get my new OBC certificate for upcoming admissions?

no you are not needed get new OBC certificate for the upcoming admisssions .however character certificate should not be older than 6 months . also look out carefully whether you certificate is creamy layer or non creamy layer .
your character certificate should be of non creamy layer itherwise you will be considered as a general candidate
