Sir i belong to ST category i got 280 marks and did not qualify for all india 15%..can i get mbbs in any college

The 280 marks you have obtained it is just borderline for the eligibility criteria, so it is not enough even for the SC category seats, as AIQ 15% seat cutoffs are high usually decided by NTA,and if you do not qualify in AIQ seats that doesnot mean you have no chance,
But I would like to add you have less chance in MBBS college because this year's cutoff is going to be very high, as you have not mentioned your domicile state, so I can't tell the probable cutoff for 85% state quota seats as you may have chances there.
