sir i belongs to general category. we have 7 acres of land. in which my father has 4 acres. and 3acres for my brother, who is 20 years old, still unmarried. can i eligible for EWS

Dear Tharun, you havent mentioned if this is an Agricultural land. Your source of income from all familial sources should not exceed more han 8 lakhs per annum and then irrespective of the will, the whole land should not be beyond more than 5 acres. As you are still a student, you are dependant on your father as is your brother. So unfortunately you do not qualify for EWS reservation.

Sir but the term FAMILY include the person who seeks the benefits of reservation, his/her parents and siblings below the age of 18years as also his /her spouse and children below 18 years
