thank you for approaching us . during the quota reservation you will only be asked if you have any cap quota , they will not ask if you are having cap in this particular state . whee ever your father might be working you can avail the cap quota from the state in which you are local . for confirmation , you can contact the official helpline regarding the counselling of ts state or visit the official website .
