while give try in the site where you have booked your slot , if in case its not possible then try with contacting the SRMJEE admission or examination in the offical site you will have it on the site.
while firstly mail them your querrya and if you find no response go with call
in case if you get response through call it would be better bcz you can show that you have contated them for querry .
