They only sent sms to general message only sir not to email any other but unfortunately I deleted it what can I do now sir the 1st round choice filling is closed at 11-07-2019 what can I do know sir please help me sir

Go to the official website and find 'Online Services'. Then click on 'Forgot Registration Number'
Fill in the required details and click on submit.
