Planning as a course has fewer takers compared to engineering so cutoffs are generally more forgiving. Your OBC NCL rank of 1058 is genuinely strong for this field.

SPA Delhi is highly competitive though, so that might be a stretch. But the newer NITs and SPAs Bhopal and Vijayawada are definitely worth trying.
