Dear aspirant,
The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Raipur will conduct the counselling of Chhattisgarh MBBS/BDS 2019, for that you would have to register yourself for the state counselling process.Now coming to your question since chattisgarh is not your home state/you do not have domicile for chattisgarh there are only two ways through which you can get admission to chattisgarh colleges through counselling one is through AIQ and the 2nd one is through management quota, so yes you will be eligible but only under above two mentioned categories,you wont be considered for 85% quota though.
