With such low marks getting a government ayurvedic medical college is not possible.
General category has very high cut off ranging from 450-500 and other categories also have cut off till 250 marks.
No cut off for government college can be expected from the range you got the marks.
I am sorry but I will recommend you to search some private options, if possible.
