Hello student,

As you have mentioned that you have scored 254 marks in NEET 2019. As per last year's cutoff as you are belonging to SC category you don't have any chance to get a seat in government medical college as the cutoffs were slihhlts higher. Though you can get private medical colleges which have government reserved seats. Cutoffs do vary every year so you have a hope.
