Hi Vimala

Tamil Nadu state students can only get a seat in a government college in Karnataka through All India counselling. To get a seat in private colleges of Karnataka under government quota, you need to hold the domicile of Karnataka, and this provision of seat will be through state counselling. But the domicile is necessary and admission isn't possible without it.
