Hello aspirant,
Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 450 marks to get into a esi medical college. Also it is expected to go about 480 or 490 this year so I am sorry but you won't be able to get admission in a esi college via the all India quota.
Talking about the state quota, if you belong to general category then you would face difficulties getting admission in a government medical college in telangana.
