There are only two counselling rounds for AIQ. Based on your NEET 2018 score the chances are less to get a seat in All India Quota seats, MCC has postponed all the events related to NEET 2018 counselling. You might have the chance for the state quota seats.

SO , according to the round 1 results, the last rank which was allotted to OBC candidates is analysed to be below 10k .
So only mop up round may help you in this concern , even the Stray Vacancy round (which is purely merit) can fetch you a seat but the seats are less , so it can't be guranteed still.
Do give a try for your state counselling as OBC with 44k can give you a good medical seat in your seat(atleast in private colleges you can get it )
