Dear Mounika, AP Medical seats are categorised into AU,SVU and OU areas depending on the area you are a locale to. In 2018 under State Quota the cut offs for General Category has been as follows:
AU: 533
SVU: 517
OU: 526
With 454 marks, you might get a seat in a Private Medical College depending on the area you belong to. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year it is speculated that the cut offs might increase by 25 marks.
