I have made a list of some colleges for Telangana state quota colleges.
Kakatiya Medical College
Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad
Government Medical Colleges in Nizamabad, Mahabubnagar and Siddipet.
These colleges had a cut off less than 450 in 2018. As the cut off marks vary mostly by few marks in range, you have some chances of admission in any of the above mentioned colleges.
