Sir i got 5025 AIR rank in clat with 89.5 marks. I am a punjab resident too. Are there any chances for getting admission in rhnul
Dear Harpreet Kaur,
Great that you’ve put across a question and are interested in pursuing an integrated law programme. I find it quite cheerful these days when I see law aspirants like you, who are choosing law as their career field over the engineering and medical domains.
Coming to your query, I would like you to know that an AIR of 5025 is not that much to get a RGNUL Patiala seat, even if you’ve the Punjab Domicile.
If last year’s data are to be believed, the last rank to get a seat in RGNUL was 1308. Further, the last rank candidate to get the RGNUL seat was under SC category with a 9619 rank.
Having said all these, you should not be disheartened with the fact that you’re getting an NLU. You may try for several other good private law schools in Punjab and nearby states.
Hope this clarifies much of your confusion. In case there is yet any doubt to be clarified, feel free to counter-question me.
Keep asking questions and knowing answers. The world has abundant knowledge, what is needed is just a question to unlock that knowledge.
Thank you.
