As per last year trend, your chances of getting admission in a government college in Haryana is high.
Last year cut off for ESIC medical college, Faridabad was 568, so this years of there's a similar cut off, you can certainly get through.

Sir I also have haryana domicile and within 85% state quota what are the chances of getting mbbs govt seat due to the huge inflation in neet air this year 2019
