61 marks out of 360 marks is a really low score and is an indicator that you are not fit for engineering. Still if you want to do engineering then let me inform you, you will not get any IIIT with these marks and that too a computer science branch. If you are really passionate about engineering I would suggest you to repeat a year and then try again.
