Sir I got 78.50 in 12 & I am belong to obc category , I search on some website that obc students get 27% reservation and 10% relaxation

You are unaware of the reservation model.No problem i will help you.
Reservation for obc is 27 % which means that in any exam conducted by central government and state government 27% seats are reserved for obc candidates.
I am explaining you with an example:
suppose there are 100 seats in a post or college,1000 students applied for it,so after the exam 27 seats will be of obc candidate and then for sc,st candidate and then left seats will be of general candidate.
Reservation means that 27 seats out of 100 are fixed that obc candidates will get it.
