Dear Aspirant,
Your percentile is too low to get any branch in any NIT/IIITs whether home state or All India Quota. Your rank will be more than 2 lakh. To get into any NIT your rank must be under 30k and same goes for IIITs. If you have some reservation then the rank could go as high as 60-70k(All India).
Moreover, CSE and ECE are very reputed and high branches of engineering and hence have a very high cutoff in the respective colleges. Therefore, if you are aiming for them then you have to score even more and bring your rank under 15-20k.
