Hope you are doing great there. According to the marks mentioned by you your percentile score will lie somewhere around 78771 - 88550 . I am really very sorry to say this but chances for getting a seat in some IIIT and that too in CSE are very low .

Although you have the ews reservation but still you percentile is not sufficient to get a cse branch in the top IIITs although college like Indraprastha IIT can might have a seat for you in cse branch. But you might have to go through the special spot rounds.
