Sir, I got 93747 rank in JEE main in OBC catagory. Can I get any seat into NIT or IIIT ?

Hello Manash,
With a rank of 93747 it is difficult to get a seat into NIT, IIIT and other colleges. You may get into lower tier NIT colleges such as NIT Hamirpur, NIT Srinagar and others into lower branches of engineering. I would suggest taking a drop or write other competitive exams to get into core branches of engineering and secure a seat in good college.

I'm sorry to inform you but with this rank you are not going to get any of the NIT's or IIIT'S despite having the preference of OBC category.
You should work hard and try next year..
