Hello,
Yes, you can appear for NEET again next year and take part in MBBS counselling .
If you leave BHMS after 1 year, you will not be debarred from NEET or MBBS counselling, either at All India level or State level. But you must formally leave the BHMS seat by resigning through the proper process, so that there is no issue of seat blocking.
So, if you qualify NEET next year, you will be fully eligible for MBBS counselling again.
Hope it helps !
Hey!
Thanks for reaching out!
If you got a BHMS seat through AYUSH counselling and then leave the course after one year, you will be debarred from participating in UP counselling for the next academic session .However, this restriction doesn't apply to All India Quota counselling,so you can still participate in AIQ MBBS counselling without any issues.
Hello Aspirant,
Yes, you can still sit for NEET 2023 and then participate in MBBS counselling even after leaving BHMS government college after 1 year. Leaving restaurant BHMS will not bar you from All India Quota (AIQ) or State Counselling for the MBBS course as long as you are eligible to take NEET again. Some states might ask to pay a bond penalty or fee (if mentioned in your terms of admission) while dropping your BHMS. Therefore, please verify with your allotted BHMS college's bond conditions before plunking down on your final decision.
