First of all likhitha clear this thing, you are not getting VIT Bhopal you are eligible for counselling at VIT Bhopal campus.....Isn't?
Based on your rank you may be eligible to take branches like Chemical,Aero, Bio group in Vellore/Chennai campus of VIT because Bhopal campus have not many branches
They have branches like CSE/IT/ECE/MECH. so mostly it will be fill up by those student's lying under 50k - 80k so because of that there will be a few chances left for you to take these core branches. But don't loose hope may be you will get. Just try it.
And regarding the fee structure it depends on your branch and rank roughly it will be around 2.5 - 3.5 lakh per year (Tution fee) and 1 lakh will be your Hostel fee.
