Assuming you're a GENERAL category candidate, at a common rank list (CRL) of 27,681 you will definitely get an NIT
As far as the department of Computer Science and Engineering is concerned, you are expected to get the north eastern NITs like NIT Sikkim, Mizoram, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh and NIT Srinagar at best.
