Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 390 under AIQ & 380 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.
There are only 27k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College

It depends upon your region on where you can get admission. I am not sure.. if you can get MBBS with this score, however you might try for private bds/bpt.
If you are from ROM { Rest of maharashtra } you will surely get government MBBS college { GMC kolhapur,vmc solapur,GMC miraj }
If you are from marathwada or vidharbha you will get surely private college and may be government college
Stay positive , hope for the best

According to experts cutoff may fall this year so minus 20 to 25 marks from below list
14For government MBBS ROM Cutoff will be 340 - 350
And for private MBBS ROM Cutoff will be 309–319
