you are eligible for state engineering colleges.
you don't have scored enough marks that you will get NITs/IIITs or GFTIs.But you can easily get state engineering colleges.
From this year all state are taking admission on the basis of JEE mains .
do apply for state counselling or you can take admission in other private universities.
